My Approach

Chaos Theory

Chaos theory suggests that change is constant, and life is full of unexpected events and evolving situations. Things can happen unexpectedly, and a client may have to pivot, which can lead to a new path.

I integrate chaos theory into my work by drawing on clients' diverse life experiences and identifying patterns that may reveal some order in the chaos.

Why Chaos Theory?

I prefer using chaos theory over linear theory. Linear thinking can limit clients from considering all their options and being open to new opportunities.

Assessments

In the midst of the chaos, I use assessments as gentle spotlights—tools that help clients notice things they might otherwise overlook.

If nothing useful comes up, we don’t linger; we simply move on. The true purpose of these assessments isn’t to provide answers but to spark curiosity, get the wheels turning, and open the door to meaningful conversation. They help clients make connections, spot patterns, and discover glimpses of order and direction within the uncertainty.
