Add a Form Block to your page (e.g., “Download a Free Values Checksheet”).
In the Form Settings, connect it to Email (or Mailchimp/ConvertKit/etc. if you use an email service).
Under Storage, add your email provider OR at least connect it to your Squarespace Email Campaigns.
Create an Automated Email in Squarespace Email Campaigns:
Subject: “Here’s your freebie!”
Body: short thank-you note + link to download the PDF.
Set the automation to trigger when someone submits the form.
Squarespace → Email Campaigns → Automations → When form is submitted → Send this email.
✨ Result: They enter their email → instantly get your PDF in their inbox.
